Hiyocchi is probably the most energetic seiyuu out there. She really knows how to put on a show on stage and put a smile on your face off stage. Hiyocchi is certainly one of the craziest but also one of the most talented seiyuus around right now. Let us give Hiyocchi a big Tehepero! Happy Birthday!
