SUTORAIKUanime had a chance to visit Anime Revolution's Cosplay Show at the Summer Night Market in Vancouver, BC. Japanese rock and pop cover band Leilica gave us a great performance with classic songs including Fuwa Fuwa Time from K-On! and Melt by Hatsune Miku.
To protect the world from devastation and unite all peoples within our nation... through the power of music. No, this isn't a pair of failures and a cute cat mascot, nor is it a mecha anime. This is Leilica.
Descending upon an earth filled with corruption, hatred, greed, and - worst of all - boredom, Leilica has come from a galaxy far, far away to save your souls and bring balance to the force. Taking the form of a mahou shounen super sentai boy band, their mission is to team up with the local talent and take away the grief of your mundane, everyday life with one night of awesome music.
Using the magic of music - specifically, fun Japanese rock and pop covers - Leilica will give you a night you'll never forget.
