Happy 25th Birthday to Kitamura Eri!

There sure are a lot of seiyuu birthdays as of late, huh? But anyways, we would like to send a big Happy 25th Birthday to Kitamura, Eri aka KitaEri. Ms. Kitamura was ranked number two on my Top Seiyuus list. It's August 15 on this side of the globe, but it's August 16 over in Japan so we'll celebrate it today with her.

Kawashima, Ami of Toradora! is one of Eri's favorite characters that she has voiced.

Ms. Kitamura actually like she herself is an otaku. She even is known to make her own manga. I wish I could find it for you but I don't think they are on the interwebs. Ms. Kitamura just recently released her solo album, Re;story. I actually have the album and I recommend it to anyone who likes some of the songs that she has done for her recent animes like C³, PapaKiKi, and Mayo Chiki!. Eri-chan also like to seem some rock songs on that album and also has a band called ARTERY VEIN who she sings with Imai Asami (Makise Kurisu).
